...I gotta admit...these posts are some of the best reading on here :) Whenever Ash posts...there's never a dull moment. If you read this Ash...(which we all doubt :)....I wish you the best buddy. I know you must have yourself, and some family to take care of. Maybe take a few business courses...or even hire a good business consultant....they can be worth their weight in gold to a person that just hasn't any decent business sense. If your products are as good as you say, they'll sell fine, but your customers are very apparently unhappy with your lack of service and support. If you want to grow and have a healthy business...you just have to cover all the bases. Listen.....really listen, and really comprehend, what your customer base is litterally screaming at you. Make the effort to sustain great customer relations and you'll surely realize the benefits...just like several other Z businesses do...in large part due to undying customer service. Consontrate man!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
